Practical advice.
Know what’s prevalent.
Shape what follows.
From insight to impact.
We track which messages are prevalent, understand why they’re landing, and build the strategy and communications that follow — grounded in audience research and information analysis, not assumption.
Because knowing what’s happening is only the beginning.
Prevalence means understanding the extent, pattern, and significance of what’s happening around you — not just noticing it. The strongest strategies start with evidence: understanding people, information, and behaviour before deciding what to do.
Our work moves from information to understanding, understanding to strategy, and strategy to impact.
Three stages, one line of sight
The same discipline whether the engagement runs six weeks or three years.
Counsel across the full arc of a decision
Six capabilities, each grounded in what’s actually been delivered — not a generic service menu.
Strategic communications & messaging
Messaging strategy and frameworks — including adversarial (red team) intelligence where needed — producing positioning statements, spokesperson briefing materials, and external media content.
Audience & behavioural insight
Qualitative and quantitative research — focus groups, in-depth interviews, and audience segmentation — into what actually drives behaviour.
Information environment & narrative analysis
Open-source and social media monitoring, including disinformation and misinformation research, using tools like Brandwatch and Talkwalker.
Measurement & evaluation
Benchmarking frameworks that track whether a strategy is working and recommend how to improve it — including a two-year communications programme measured at 12 and 18 months post-launch.
Analytical capability development
Working at the intersection of users, analysts, and technology — testing analytical tools, developing use cases, and creating training materials that make analysis more effective in practice.
Research & intelligence analysis
Evidence-based research and intelligence analysis — including threat and risk assessments — drawn from a background in security and geopolitical research.
Better decisions start with better understanding.
Organisations often have more information than they can make sense of. Prevalence brings research discipline and communications expertise together to turn that information into clear messaging and strategy — grounded in evidence of how audiences actually think and respond, not internal assumption.
Not a comms bolt-on. We work upstream of the message — on the research and analysis the message has to be built on before it’s written.
The throughline is applied research: understanding why an audience holds the perceptions it does, before attempting to change how it behaves.
A prevalent message is one that’s already shaping perception. We help you understand what’s actually landing with your audience — and build the messaging that should be.
Kristhine Rogers is a strategic adviser with nearly two decades of experience spanning intelligence analysis, applied research, and strategic communications in the UK and US, with research conducted across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Her career has focused on helping organisations understand complex environments — from researching public perceptions and behaviour to analysing emerging security risks, influence campaigns, and information environments. She combines rigorous research and analytical methods with a practical understanding of how information influences people, organisations, and decisions.
Since 2017, she has worked as an independent consultant to government and defence organisations, most recently with Parenthetic and Protagonist Technology — combining strategic planning, narrative research, and landscape analysis with the tools to track perception and flag risk early.
Her work sits at the intersection of intelligence and communications, but the principle is consistent: it starts with evidence, not assumption.
